Never a dull day with White Media, we got a call from the makers of the show this autumn, looking for wedding advisors and wedding planners to assist Alex the presenter in her quest to turnaround the Iconic Rutland Hotel in Bakewell.The owner plainly wanted to increase his wedding and corporate business,as he had lost over half a million in running costs and maintenance. Good little place for a small wedding, very homely and central so your guests could go shopping! Since the show they have steadily increased their weddings as well outsourcing to a management company to help with expansion.We wish them well for 2011...
